Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our studio. Due to the nature of hand made items, there may be slight variances between the item you receive and the one viewed online. Rest assured much care is taken to ensure every Nightshift product is top notch! Glazes are food safe, and hand washing is recommended.

Order Processing

Pieces listed in our store are ready to ship unless otherwise stated, and orders are processed  within 3-4 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and one once it ships. All prices are listed in USD.

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada. Shipping prices listed are for standard shipping. This does not include tracking or insurance. For a quote on these options, please send an email to hello@nightshiftceramics.com

Within Canada: 3-5 business days

United States: 7-10 business days

International: up to 5 weeks depending on location

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to duties and/or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.  These are determined by your country and unfortunately, we have no control over these or no way of predicting what they might be. In rare cases, your package may be held at customs which can cause a delay in delivery times. If you are experiencing a delay we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information. 

Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. If you find there is an issue with your order, please get in touch, we are happy to help!
